Beet Coconut Lassi

Serves One

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons beetroot powder – check out Steenbergs for this
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoons raw honey (as local as possible)
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 avocado

METHOD

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and run until you get a smooth consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
