Broccoli hemp seed “hummus”

Makes one small pot

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup raw broccoli
  • 1 cup raw courgette
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts
  • Juice 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • Himalayan or sea salt & black pepper
  • Filtered water to thin as desired

METHOD

Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender like the Vitamix S30 and process on high until you get a creamy consistency. Add more water as desired.
