- 1 measure gin – personally I love Silent Pool
- 100ml kombucha – my fave is Jarr
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Couple sprigs rosemary + thyme
- 2-3 ice cubes
Pour the gin into a glass add the kombucha and lemon juice and lightly stir to mix together. Add the fresh herbs and a couple cubes of ice. Sip and enjoy!
