Makes 1 serving
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 pear
- 3 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup plant based milk
- 8-10 cashew nuts
Slice away a small section of the pear aside to garnish and put to one side. Then place the rest of the pear with all of the other ingredients into a high speed blender and power until you have a creamy texture.
Garnish with pear slices, hazelnuts (or another nut of choice), coconut chips, ground flax or chia seeds.
