Makes 2 sundaes
For the pumpkin caramel
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2-3 tablespoons filtered water
For the pumpkin cream
4 scoops vanilla ice-cream of your choice
Mix together the ingredients for the pumpkin caramel. Place to one side. Add the ingredients for the pumpkin cream to a medium bowl and use a hand whisk to get a thick cream. Start your sundae with a tablespoon of the caramel. Add a scoop of the ice-cream, then a generous tablespoon of the pumpkin cream, add another scoop of ice-cream on top and then drizzle over a tablespoon of the caramel.
