Rosy Negroni

INGREDIENTS

  • 80ml gin
  • Juice of 1 whole pomegranate (approx 8 tablespoons)
  • 2 teaspoons pomegranate seeds
  • 300ml kombucha
  • Couple slices fresh orange to garnish
  • Ice

METHOD

Stir gin, pomegranate juice and kombucha together in a tumbler glass or measuring cup. Divide into two ice filled shorter tumblers or other glasses. Add in 1 teaspoon of pomegranate seeds to each glass and garnish with the orange slices.
