Makes 1 cup
- 1 cup cashews
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon tamari (or you can use coconut aminos for soy free)
- 3 generous pinches of mineral rich sea salt
- 2 generous pinches of black pepper
Preheat an oven to 150C. In a bowl mix all the ingredients to coat the cashews evenly. Place onto a lined baking tray and put into the oven for 20 mins. Remove and allow to cool completely before enjoying. Yum. Yum. And triple yum!
