Salt + Vinegar Cashews

MakesΒ 1 cup


  • 1 cup cashews
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon tamari (or you can use coconut aminos for soy free)
  • 3 generous pinches of mineral rich sea salt
  • 2 generous pinches of black pepper


Preheat an oven to 150C. In a bowlΒ mix all the ingredients to coat the cashews evenly. Place onto a lined baking tray and put into the oven for 20 mins. Remove and allow to cool completely before enjoying. Yum. Yum. And triple yum!
